Successful financial statements for 2019 and Cautious outlook for 2020
In today's shareholders' meeting, ServiceXpert Managing Director Ferdinand Stocker presented the figures and results of the 2019 financial year to ESG Mobility GmbH.
With a planned, remarkable increase in order intake and sales of almost 30 percent each compared to the previous year 2018, ServiceXpert has successfully completed the past financial year. Productivity, efficiency and lean management were stabilized at a high level in 2019.
By consistently expanding the service portfolio and the ServiceXpert service chains with a focus on technology and future trends such as autonomous driving, e-mobility, connectivity and cloud computing in conjunction with the practice-proven know-how in the areas of diagnostics, IT portal solutions and E / E engineering for integration services, the company was able to meet the economic requirements of the shareholder.

An increase of around seven percent was planned for order intake and sales in 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the looming impact in the global economy in the first quarter, the resulting consequences and measures for its customers, ServiceXpert is forecasting new orders and sales based on current estimates that will be slightly below the previous year's level.
