It's high time for the optimisation of sales and customer service processes

Together with its customers, ServiceXpert develops intelligent modular web-based portals and apps for information on technically complex products.

The aim is to optimise the processes in sales and customer service through digitalisation and thus to significantly increase the availability of products through faster and better processes. "For manufacturers of construction machinery, it is high time," says Oliver Nietsch, Account Manager IT System Development Portals at the Hamburg site. "Smooth processes in customer service are increasingly becoming a competitive advantage. This is where the wheat is separated from the chaff!

From 08 to 12 September 2021, Northern Europe's largest compact trade fair for construction, Nordbau, around 850 exhibitors will present the complete spectrum of construction with modern building materials and construction elements, high-performance construction machinery, municipal equipment and commercial vehicles for construction and the trades, as well as the latest energy technology. "I expect exciting discussions with the OEMs, the market pressure is there!" says Oliver Nietsch. Process digitalisation in sales and customer service has challenging goals: In addition to the reduction of product downtimes, it is about process reliability and transparency, effort reduction, speed, error reduction, flexibility, contemporary media, fast and clear information procurement for the technician deployment and process integration across system boundaries. "With our frameworks, we can quickly and precisely assist manufacturers of construction machinery, municipal equipment and commercial vehicles. This is a real added value that I will be discussing with exhibitors at the fair." In addition to product configurators and reservation systems, ServiceXpert offers field-tested frameworks in the areas of diagnostics, technical documentation, interactive schematics, spare parts and tool information, labour times and repair & maintenance jobs.
