ServiceXpert annual financial statement 2021

The engineering specialist masters the challenges in 2021 due to forward-looking action, stable customer relationships and an outstanding team!

At the shareholders' meeting on 27 April 2022, ServiceXpert Managing Director Ferdinand Stocker and Gerald Host presented the figures and results of the 2021 financial year to the shareholder Cognizant Mobility GmbH, represented by Managing Director Mr Jörg Ohlsen.

The ongoing COVID 19 pandemic and the resulting global impact on ServiceXpert's customers and suppliers had a noticeable influence on the 2021 financial year.

Thanks to stable customer relationships, a good order intakte situation and agile management, the company was able to return to a regular working routine as early as the first quarter of 2021. "I am very proud of our team, which is appreciated and supported by the ServiceXpert management and the customers for its sound know-how, its lived customer orientation and its solution-oriented actions," says Ferdinand Stocker. The solid annual result was also achieved through consistent cost management and efficient cooperation between the ServiceXpert sites and service units.

For the 2022 financial year, ServiceXpert anticipates major challenges due to geopolitical developments, the ongoing pandemic and problems in the supply chains. Thanks to ServiceXpert's well-founded expertise and sought-after services in the future trends of automated driving functions, cyber security, digitalisation, e-mobility and the new opportunities that are emerging from its affiliation with the Cognizant Group, ServiceXpert is forecasting an increase in order intake and turnover for the current year, based on current estimates.
