ServiceXpert shareholders‘ meeting

The engineering service provider delivers robust performance and presents the results of the first nine months.

In the shareholders' meeting on Oct 26, 2022, the ServiceXpert managing directors Ferdinand Stocker and Gerald Host presented the figures and results as of Q3 2022, as well as the forecast 2022 to the shareholder Cognizant Mobility GmbH, represented by the managing director Jörg Ohlsen.

Despite the challenging situation on the global markets, with customers as well as suppliers, ServiceXpert presents a solid business. For the year 2022, ServiceXpert expects an increase in order intake and sales compared to the previous year's level.
