ServiceXpert annual financial statement 2022

ServiceXpert closes a challenging 2022 well thanks to agile action, stable customer relationships and outstanding team!

At the shareholders' meeting on 26 April 2023, ServiceXpert Managing Director Ferdinand Stocker and Gerald Host presented the figures and results of the 2022 financial year to the shareholder Cognizant Mobility GmbH, represented by Managing Director Mr Jörg Ohlsen.

Customer supply chain issues and the geopolitical situation in Europe had an impact on ServiceXpert's customers' business development in 2022, in addition to ServiceXpert's increasing difficulties in recruiting suitable personnel in the competitive engineering labour market.

Thanks to stable customer relationships, a good order situation and agile management, the company was able to cope well with the challenges in 2022. "Our team has once again proven what cohesion, lived customer orientation and agile action mean in challenging times. This makes me and the entire ServiceXpert management proud," says Ferdinand Stocker. The solid annual result was also achieved through consistent cost management and efficient cooperation between the ServiceXpert locations and service units.

For the 2023 financial year, ServiceXpert anticipates major challenges due to geopolitical and global economic developments as well as problems in the supply chains. Thanks to ServiceXpert's well-founded expertise and sought-after services in the future topics of automated driving functions, cyber security, digitalisation and e-mobility, ServiceXpert is forecasting a moderate increase in incoming orders and revenue for the current year.
