ServiceXpert's central values, regulations and obligations are represented in the Compliance Code of Conduct in the form of guidelines. ServiceXpert has committed itself to this Compliance Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct commits every employee, shows the necessary behaviour and at the same time represents a guideline that must be legally observed. Everyone is responsible for ensuring that all principles, rules and regulations are observed within ServiceXpert.

In order to be able to ensure organisational compliance with laws and guidelines as a company, ServiceXpert was included in the ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH Compliance Management System (CMS). The CMS is understood to be the organisational structure as well as all measures and procedures that are established in the company in connection with compliance. The CMS is intended to identify, assess and control compliance risks and to prevent violations of law in order to avoid sanctions imposed by authorities or customers and the associated economic and reputational damage, thus contributing to securing sustainable corporate success.
