ISO 9001:2015 audit - 2nd assessment for system support successfully passed

A comprehensive understanding of quality management is therefore not only conveyed and lived in the projects, but also in all of ServiceXpert's company processes. In order to subject these processes to an external audit, ServiceXpert has been successfully certified according to DIN ISO 9001 since 2004. The annual ISO 9001 audit is an integral part of quality management.
The optimised process steps of the core and accompanying processes defined at ServiceXpert in accordance with ISO standard 9001:2015 ensure, among other things, that the core statements regarding quality objectives, contract fulfilment, economic efficiency, error prevention, continuous improvement, customer orientation, responsibility of management and employees and, last but not least, customer satisfaction are met.
In addition to an identified optimisation proposal, the implementation and the high employee acceptance of the regular, tool-supported retrospective as part of the weekly project meetings was noted particularly positively in the final discussion of this year's audit and in the associated report.
